Starting in a 2 v 1 setting, central BLUE faction has to counteract the pressure from two fronts and use its initial predomination wisely. If BLUE was defeated, would RED and PURPLE fight it out or sign a peace treaty?

(unfortunately and due to game mechanics it was not possible to use white and green colored armies ... the colors green white red would have made a nice italian flag ;-)
