I have not received notification of the start of thetournament. I also believe 'Lime1 (?)' who was a blue player did not receive notifiation of the tournament start. Its now been three days since the start of the tournament andI have not received a request to join a game (as red) or to start a game as blue (as the original blue did not issue an invite). Now what happens
