That'll be hard to make up, so, yeah, you might as well "pack it in" (if that means, "give up").

On the other hand red has only two more bases so you could also play a couple more turns until it's REALLY obvious that you'll lose. Unless you had some super-master-turns that made you catch up, of course!

But then there's players that like to go to the bitter end. If you're one of them, keep on playing!
