Daithi, do you think the confirm when there are units in a non grey state an acceptable compromise?

Just looking to get to more of a consensus to send a clear message to the devs.

I say don't make me click twice, I might get repetitive strain injury. So you want some timer, I can close the window on and the turn finishes, that's fine. I also think the end turn button should move to the middle, keep the chat controls and the turn controls separate.
It has been decreed, Let it be done or have a vote or something.

bring back the countdown. make it optional. at teh same time make game notification emails optional.

i'd ask 'cant we all just get along', but then it wouldn't be war.... weewar.

In all fairness the Flash interface and its shortcomings were discussed ad nauseam and in particular the placement of various Interface elements, but sadly nothing ever came of it. I guess the devs at the time had bigger fish to fry such as out-of-sync errors and so forth.

Now those issues seem to have been mostly resolved you would think that development might once again be taken up to improve the interface but sadly I think Weewar is nothing more than some pet project at the bottom of some paper pusher's pile.

But anyway, I've made enough of these nostalgic rant posts over the last year or so. It is what it is. Discuss away, just don't expect much to come of it.

I pressed it by mistake in a hand-full of games before it was moved and haven't pressed it by mistake since it was moved, but I'd appreciate if it was placed better still...its an awful way to loose.
