Starting to play around with Stirling Map...

I mainly boosted Red and Purple's start-up, and green and Yellow later game...
- Red and Purple now have HC
- 2 more Red bases in the NE
- 1 more Purple base and a harbor in the NW
- 1 trooper in Ireland,
- Expanded North Africa,
- 21,17 a new base (I had FFA in mind)
- Blue airport at 3,30 (Blue usually only has 1 safe airport)

@ hugo: I added a few messages in that thread. Let me know what you think. I'll try to keep tabs on that game. I do like some of the changes though.
